Chat Rooms Rules

Please respect these rules to have a good experience of chatting here, and if you have any questions feel free to contact us.

• Users under 13 are not allowed to use Chatogo.
• Any sexual, violent, or harmful content (especially towards minors) is strictly forbidden and will result in permanent ban.
• Do not share personal information (phone numbers, addresses, private photos) in public rooms.
• Users are encouraged to report inappropriate behavior using the report feature so moderators can act quickly.
• Moderators may warn, mute, or ban any user who violates these rules.
• Any illegal activity (harassment, threats, discrimination, exploitation) is forbidden and may be reported to authorities.
• Sending five or more messages in a row is flooding. Please type no more than four in a row.
• Sending the same message four times is spam and will be warned for.
• Anything inappropriate can get you warned, muted, or banned. Chatogo is a clean site.
• Links cannot be sent here, with the exception of regular YouTube video links if you have made an account.
• Advertising, marketing, asking for/offering money are all not allowed.
• Explicit words are censored and will be warned and deleted from chat.
• Any language other than english is not allowed in any of the rooms other than our multilingual chat.
• Voice messages are only allowed to be sent in media room, general room, or private messages.
• Other chat sites and/or video chat sites are not allowed to be spoken about here.
• Giving out your social media usernames is not allowed in main (this is allowed in private messages).
• If you're sending a screenshot of private messages in main make sure that other users’ profile picture and username are not visible.
• Fighting and/or disrespect is not allowed and will be warned.
• Roleplaying outside of roleplay rooms is limited to no more than five words and should not be constant.
